Our localization processes have been developed over the last 20 years and were first ISO 9001 certified in 2003.  Our ISO 9001:2000 certification confirms our commitment to quality management and requires continual review to ensure that our localization process meets our clients’ needs for cost-effectiveness, linguistic excellence and timeliness.
Our quality management procedures are underpinned by two principles:

  • The assurance of customer satisfaction.
  • A focus on continuous improvement.

By undertaking an external, twice-yearly creativity and accuracy audit of a whole range of content translated for a cross-section of our clients, we obtain a regular and independent assessment of the overall quality of our translations.  This objective measure helps us to focus in on the root cause of any systemic translation quality problems and take corrective action.
