THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Production Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution – someone who can architect global workflows while rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless delivery. At Wordbank, you’ll own the P&L for high-volume creative workstreams, lead distributed teams across time zones, and be the strategic partner our streaming clients rely on for operational excellence.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive workstream profitability as the operational architect for 2-3 high-volume creative productions
  • Lead 4-8 Production Coordinators across our 24/7 follow-the-sun model, building high-performance teams through candid feedback and radical ownership
  • Act as the client’s strategic partner, translating their vision into flawless execution while maintaining 4.5+ CSAT scores
  • Optimize global resourcing decisions that balance speed, quality, and cost across multiple time zones
  • Challenge the status quo by identifying automation opportunities and workflow improvements that scale

Tech smarts. Expert in Google Sheets/Excel for data-led analysis and an AI-forward mindset A MOTIVATOR inspiring leadership that brings teams together
Data-driven decision-making experience An ANALYTICAL AFICIONADO assimilating data to drive decisions, with full ownership of outcomes
Demonstrable experience of inspiring people leadership, preferably managing 24/7 follow-the-sun or global distributed teams A TEAM-POWER BELIEVER collaborative and approachable
Streaming or entertainment industry background SELF-ACCOUNTABLE modeling behaviors and accepting responsibility
Advanced level knowledge of Jira or similar tooling for workflow and resource management A FORWARD THINKER anticipating impact of decisions

$75,000 -$95,000 annual base salary +
