THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented PM with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the desire to make your own opportunities as you grow with us.

As a Project Manager in our London Client Services team, your role is varied and rewarding. You’ll work closely with our in-country resources and internal experts to ensure a deep understanding of your clients’ needs and deliver an excellent customer experience on each and every project. THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Your remit will include responsibility at project level for financial management, timeline planning, briefing, risk management and commitment to quality, communicating directly with clients and resources.
  • You’ll handle a complex workload covering our full range of marketing localization project types, including: print and interactive media, audiovisual, digital marketing and creative and brand. And work across a wide range of clients, from start-ups to well-established brands. 
  • Ensuring a well-planned approach and a happy client will involve collaborating with the wider account team made up of Program Managers, Account Directors, Resource Network Managers and internal experts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

YOU’LL HAVE…  YOU ARE…. 
1-2 years’ experience managing complex marketing or localization projects. An able and experienced multi-tasker, able to handle a complex workload while remaining flexible and open to change.
Excellent project management skills, including strong and demonstrable planning, prioritizing and organizational skills, ideally with multilingual audio production experience. Able to work well in a dynamic environment both independently and in a team with a minimum of supervision.
Good understanding of the concepts and features of industry applications: CMS, GMS, Translation Memory, Terminology Management, Machine Translation, InDesign and tagged file formats. Highly responsive to customer needs with a solution-led focus.
Minimum qualification: BA or equivalent experience. Numerate, literate, computer literate and with good linguistic appreciation – a second language is preferred.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The salary for this role is £27K – £30K per annum, depending on experience. We operate a hybrid working model, so this role can be based remotely, with time in our central London office as needed for training, team, company and client meets. Or you can choose to work more regularly from our office.
