EQUAL PAY PLEDGE

Did you know that in the UK women earn on average 86 pence for every pound earned by men? And in the US it’s even worse where women earn about 76 cents per dollar earned by men. Not here.

We want to do our part in eliminating the gender pay gap by committing to equal pay for equal work and experience. How are we doing this?

  • We’ve taken the Equal Pay Pledge on Glassdoor, showing that we stand for equal pay alongside more than 3,000 companies that have already done so.
  • Commitment to fair trade translation.
  • Annual gender pay gap analysis and reporting.
  • Our London office is London Living Wage certified.

Our 2023/2024 impact:

  • We had an overall 9.6% gender pay gap globally. This compares to an average 18-22% gender pay gap nationally in the US and 14.3% in the UK. 
  • When we compare equal roles and levels within our teams, that gap shrinks considerably, with women paid 5-8% higher on average than men. 
  • We pay 99% of market rate globally. 
  • 100% of our people are paid above the living wage for their location, and on average, we pay 174% of the living wage. 
  • Rolled out an Emergency Fund in London where if people face short-term financial pressure they can apply for assistance.
