THE OPPORTUNITY

The Business Ops Admin is a part-time (15-20 hours per week) role that ensures our financial and business administration practices are managed efficiently, proactively, and consistently. This person will manage all accounts payable & receivable processes, debt collection, invoices, tax processes, business supplier/vendor administration, and office budget & supply ordering. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of finance, accounting, and/or business administration experience, along with data entry, reporting, and data analysis skills. They’ll have an understanding of budget management, procurement, and working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Effective, proactive communication, organization, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. 

SALARY & BENEFITS

$25-26/hour (15-20 hours per week, with a chance to increase hours and convert to full time with benefits in the future as business needs expand).
