The Creative Project Manager role owns all aspects of creative project management, ensuring resources, processes, expectations, and quality are proactively managed throughout, to ensure projects are delivered on time, with excellent quality, and within set budgets.
- Ensure that all projects are properly delivered to agreed deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Own and manage the communication to the client throughout the project, always seeking ways to add value to them.
- Work with in-country and in-house designers on any design revisions needed.
- Complete quality checks on design files to ensure client standards are met
- Handle final file delivery to the client.
- Deal with issues as they arise and create an “early warning system” so as to ensure that issues are identified, addressed, or escalated as needed.
We are looking for someone to commit to a high-volume temporary contract project that will be running over the next 3-6 months. With our remote-first hybrid office model, you will have the option of working in the Denver office or remotely. There may be an opportunity to convert to a full-time permanent position after the initial contract period, depending on the fit and if the company business needs continue.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years PM experience in an agency setting or around creative production workflows. Experience with design, localization, other languages, Photoshop or JIRA would be helpful, but not necessary.

|0-3 years experience, preferably in a project management role in a creative agency or with creative production workflows||A proactive & forward thinker, actively pursuing improvement of processes, turnaround times, communication, etc. Able to apply good judgement in changing circumstances and remain calm in pressurized situations in order to achieve standards of service delivery at all times.|
|Demonstrable experience of planning and managing creative assets & projects, coordinating, liaising, and collaborating with a number of internal & external stakeholders.||An excellent communicator & relationship builder, both internally and externally. Consistently adding value to clients and internal team members through responsive, friendly, and proactive communication.|
|Experience with design, Photoshop or JIRA preferably.||Organized & detail focused and have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in the face of multiple changing priorities. Able to assimilate detail on account/project specifics and communicate to relevant parties.
|Awareness, knowledge, and experience of other languages and cultures.||A creative problem-solver who thrives in working through root causes, critical thinking, and implementing solutions.|
SALARY & BENEFITS
$50-55,000 pro-rated salary (3-6 month contract).
