OVERVIEW

This Project Manager in the Philippines will focus on critical criteria-based and efficient review of title production work and QC for our streaming services clients. This role is responsible for managing media assets through our creative production and QC process. The PM is responsible for communicating with our internal and external design and QC resources, and delivering back to our key clients. This role will be a part-time position, with a potential to move to full-time. It is important that this PM is able to cover weekend work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & FOCAL POINTS

  • End-to-end project management for all media assets through the production and QC process.
  • Understand the scope and requirements (source content, design requirements, linguistic requirements, client goals, the deliverable, etc.) of all assigned production & QC requests.
  • Own and manage the communication with the client throughout the project, always seeking ways to add value.
  • Work closely with in-house and in-country teams to create/QC assets and deliver in adherence to the clients’ schedules.
  • Utilize JIRA, client’s digital asset management system, and internal tools to track assets throughout the entire workflow.
  • Able to scale to handle multiple projects simultaneously while still maintaining accurate, on-time deliveries in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Address any change requests to title production tickets. Identify requests which are outside of the original scope and then work with the client to seek agreement on appropriate direction and action.
  • Proactively identify areas of potential risk and address or escalate the issues as necessary.
  • Communicates proficiently in English. 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

YOU’LL HAVE… YOU ARE…
Experience in localization or creative design.

Extensive experience working with highly detail-oriented tasks.

A self-confident, highly collaborative team player with a deep understanding of localization/design best practices specific to localization/design process and systems.
2+ years of Project Management experience is ideal. Sound knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable. A problem-solver. Working with others to overcome bottlenecks in process and identify broadscale standards to support scalable delivery comes naturally to you.
Traffic coordination experience in a business-to-business agency environment, preferably in the marketing or creative services field. A problem-lover, thriving on working through root causes, a track record of critical thinking, and implementing solutions with an ability to balance creativity and pragmatism.
A desire to learn, be a team player and also able to work accurately, independently and autonomously with a strong customer service attitude. Excellent communicator, organized and able to sift through changing priorities, skilled in helping others to succeed by establishing best practices, providing technical support, and helping to engineer processes.
