THE OPPORTUNITY

The Customer Outreach Admin supports the Customer Success team on pre-sales and lead generation processes and with various sales admin tasks as needed. You will:

  • Respond to inbound leads 
  • Assist with lead qualification (background research, company info, etc)
  • Log lead information
  • Set intro calls
  • Assist with pre-sales/prospect experience
  • Assist with follow-ups
  • Liaise with marketing to ensure cold leads are nurtured
  • Manage NB data (lead quality, conversion rates: contacts, meetings, proposals, wins, losses)
  • Manage and execute on new business lead generation
  • List building, email outreach
  • Manage lead gen data (opens, forwards, responses)
  • Support with pitch decks (compiling draft decks, research/data, etc)
  • Assist with budget proposals/quoting
  • Collate sales materials (eBooks, case samples, testimonials, etc)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This is a perfect fit for someone in the earlier stages of their career, formerly in an outbound sales admin/prospecting role, or account admin or account exec role, with an entrepreneurial spirit and “hunter” mentality looking to grow professionally. Knowledge and experience in a localization/agency environment and confidence in pre-qualification of localization buyers would be a bonus.

YOU HAVE… YOU ARE…
Experience in a business to business sales environment.  Disciplined and organized in following best practices, and able to sift through changing priorities.  
A track record in delivering an excellent customer experience. A great communicator, able to put yourself in the shoes of clients and prospects and adapt your communication to maximize trust and engagement.
Understanding of sales and marketing outreach techniques and practices. A self-confident, highly collaborative team player. Creative and innovative in creating and hunting down opportunities. Flexible and adaptable in the face of challenge.
An armory of tech skills to support your use of presales, lead gen, and CRM tools. Able to work independently with list building and outreach software, confident working with spreadsheets and data. 

SALARY & BENEFITS

$65,000 annual salary plus benefits (quarterly bonuses after 12 months, health insurance, 401k, life, 18 days PTO etc)
