Customer Success Executive Assistant would be working alongside the Senior Customer Success Manager and assisting with sales administration, including responding to leads, setting up intro calls, helping to prep pitch decks, assisting with putting quotes together, prepping SOWs, etc. The Executive Assistant will also work alongside sales ops/process documentation, assisting with establishing process standards, centralizing and organizing sales materials for easy access and reuse, helping to keep data and reporting metrics up-to-date, and supporting broader Customer Success team needs as they arise. This individual could also be involved in helping to implement our new CRM (ActiveCampaign) and it would be helpful if they had knowledge of Monday.com, Trello and/or similar project/task management systems.

The Customer Success Executive Assistant directly supports the Senior Director, Customer Success on pre-sales and lead generation processes and with various sales admin tasks as needed. Key responsibilities include:
Pre-sales & lead generation processes
- Responding to inbound leads
- Assisting with lead qualification (background research, company info, etc)
- Logging lead information
- Setting intro calls
- Assisting with pre-sales/prospect experience
- Assisting with follow-ups
- Liaising with marketing to ensure cold leads are nurtured
- Managing New Business (NB) data (lead quality, conversion rates: contacts, meetings, proposals, wins, losses)
- Managing and executing on new business lead generation
- List building, email outreach
- Managing lead gen data (opens, forwards, responses)
- Pitch decks (compiling draft decks, research/data, etc)
- Assisting with budget proposals/quoting
- Collating sales materials (eBooks, case samples, testimonials, etc)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
This is a perfect fit for someone formerly in an outbound sales or prospecting role or in an executive assistant role, with an entrepreneurial spirit and “hunter” mentality looking to grow professionally. Knowledge and experience in a localization/agency environment is a bonus.

SALARY & BENEFITS
$65,000 annual salary plus benefits (quarterly bonuses after 12 months, health insurance, 401k, life, transportation, 18 days PTO etc)
