The Digital Marketing Specialist has the ability to effectively develop platform-specific social concepts and work in-platform to schedule organic content across main social digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Have the ability to look at the bigger strategic picture for clients business goals and provide insightful content ideas that effectively communicate with client’s existing and potential customers through email marketing. You’re a proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and are excited to expand their knowledge of digital marketing and train on new platforms as needed. You have a ‘can do’ attitude, a love of problem-solving, and are communicative. This individual thrives in aiding the team in digital marketing efforts, tactically executing in-platform, managing social communities, and showcasing performance results for clients through reporting dashboards.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage planning and execution of domestic and international digital marketing services, focusing primarily on organic social media strategy and email marketing, for the agreed account set. 
  • Have a passion for developing engaging content strategies through common social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Excited by the potential to learn about new international social platforms like Xing and WeChat.
  • Have a passion for developing engaging email strategies, utilizing common Marketing Automation Platforms, like Mailchimp and Pardot.
  • Work in harmony with other Digital team members across client sets, sharing insights and ideas for optimizations to ensure cross-tactic success.
  • Proactively support clients’ ongoing business needs, providing proactive strategic thinking that aligns with their individual KPIs.
  • Support our Marketing team to maximize our message across appropriate channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, and Email.

With our remote-first hybrid office model, you will have the option of working in the Denver office or remotely.


1-2 Years of experience in executing digital media campaigns and organic content in-platform A self-confident, highly collaborative team player with a self-starter mindset.
1-2 Years of email marketing experience. Developing content strategies and working cross-functionally to create email that adheres to client needs and business strategies Strategic minded on how to best meet clients needs and communicate with target audiences
A basic understanding of digital best practices for organic social and how to implement content and execute on strategies when provided Able to understand general social media concepts and implement campaign and content directives as needed
Desire to learn about international marketing best practices, and potentially work on digital platforms you’ve never heard of A naturally curious marketer, excited by challenges
Ability to support the digital team, and ensure assigned social assignments and reporting are executed in a timely manner Organized, and an excellent communicator, team player who is able to remain agile and productive with changing priorities


$60,000-65,000 base + benefits (inc. bonus scheme after 12 months).
