The Global Recruiter is a full-time, remote, contract role that is focused on recruiting international multilingual freelancers to support our clients’ needs. We have a broad network of 2,500 in-country experts around the world and are proactively looking to grow our network across a wide language and skill set. Recruiters will be responsible for developing a talent pipeline for multilingual digital marketing freelancers and/or linguistic freelancers (translators, editors, proofreaders) for both proactive growth of the network and for specific client projects as they come up. Recruiters manage & execute on the overall recruitment, testing, hiring, and onboarding process. Specific responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment needs and prioritization.
- Posting ads, headhunting, seeking referrals from the current network to fill openings.
- Screening all candidates through processing CVs and managing the testing process, from test creation through assessment.
- Developing an excellent relationship as the candidates’ first point of contact with the company through proactive, responsive, and friendly communication. Handling rate negotiations, candidate questions, and other concerns that come up during the process.
- Managing all hiring & onboarding including offers, paperwork, and setup in our systems.
Effective communication, prioritization & organization, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. Sound knowledge of G-suite, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms is desired.
We are looking for 2 people to commit to a contract backfill project that will go until May 2021. This will be full-time and fully remote. This is a perfect fit for someone who has 0-2 years of recruiting experience, but who wants to expand into international recruiting. There may be an opportunity to continue on after the initial contract period, depending on the fit and if the company business and resourcing needs continue.

This is a 3-6 month contract role with a pro-rated annual salary range of $45,000-$50,000.
