THE ROLE

The HR Admin is a highly detailed and process-oriented individual with a background in administration. With a ‘can do’ attitude, a love of creating and following structured processes, great communication skills, and an enjoyment in helping the team with a wide-variety of administrative needs, this individual is key to helping execute on People & Culture strategy.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage all office/facilities administration for in-office workers (desk-booking system, health & safety procedures, emergency procedures, building tenant requests, work orders, key cards/door keys, etc)
  • Manage administration of employee rewards program
  • Help coordinate recruitment administration: job ad posting, interview coordination/scheduling, keeping ATS updated
  • Manage new starter paperwork & setup (coordination with ITS, laptop, keys, desk, etc). 
  • Manage schedules and setup for all induction reviews, ongoing appraisals and 360 feedback process 
  • Manage all phone lists, birthday lists, anniversaries, emergency contact information, overall health, and safety information
  • Manage the off-boarding administration process
  • Payroll admin support (addresses/W4/bank account changes/new starters, timesheets, terminations)

With our remote-first hybrid office model, you will have the option of working in the Denver office or remotely.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

YOU’LL HAVE….  YOU ARE…..
1-2+ years in administrative experience Highly organized, detail oriented, communicative, and independent.
Sound knowledge of software packages such as G-Suite, Word, and Excel. Experience in ATS or performance management systems is a plus, but not required.  

Helpful, with a can-do attitude, are eager to learn and support the team in any admin that’s needed.

SALARY & BENEFITS

$55,000- 60,000 base + benefits (inc. bonus scheme after 12 months).
