As a Project Manager in our London-based Client Services team, your role is varied and rewarding. You will work closely with our in-country resources and internal experts to ensure a deep understanding of your clients’ needs and deliver an excellent customer experience on each and every project. Your remit will include responsibility at project level for financial management, timeline planning, briefing, risk management and commitment to quality.
An able and experienced multi-tasker, your organisation and communication skills allow you to handle a complex workload covering our full range of localization project types including: print and interactive media, digital marketing and creative localization. You will collaborate with the wider account team made up of Program Managers, Account Directors and internal experts to ensure a well-planned approach and a happy client.
You will need honed client-facing skills, a track record of planning and managing complex projects and sharp attention to detail.

– A track record of planning and managing complex marketing or localization projects
– Good understanding of the concepts and features of industry applications: CMS,
GMS, Translation Memory, Terminology Management and Machine Translation.
– Knowledge of publishing software such as InDesign, or tagged file formats.
– Minimum qualification: BA or equivalent language degree.
