The Resource Coordinator is an entry-level role that’s central to our localization delivery process and involves finding the right person for the right project at the right time. The majority of the role includes proactive sourcing and communicating with international freelancers (translators, designers, editors, digital marketers, copywriters, etc) for each project, using information from our in-house database to assign the best person for each project, based on their expertise, quality record, and within deadline and budget guidelines. The Resource Coordinator engages daily with our freelancers, handles our cost management and purchasing, owns our freelance database & keeps it updated, and supports on quality monitoring and management, all while building relationships both internally and externally that exceed expectations.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for an entry-level role and to get a start in the language industry, with 0-3 years of experience.
