THE OPPORTUNITY

The Production Support Coordinator is a full-time, remote role that is focused on critical pre-production & post-production activities that ensures the efficient functioning of our creative production model. Their work sets the team up for success in terms of throughput, resourcing, and quality management across PM and design functions. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Handling all aspects of pre-production processes, including confirming information received from the client, logging requests, ensuring files are downloaded and imported into our project management workflow (JIRA) accurately. 
  • Assessing design files for level of complexity and priority, which streamlines the rest of the process. 
  • Assigning titles to in-country designers and sending files to out as needed. 
  • For post-production, they field any quality issues pushed back for revision from the client. 
  • May assist with billing or invoicing, and act as a support to PMs on additional tasks as needed. 

This will be a full-time remote role located in Hawaii, working with our Denver team on Hawaiian time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This is a perfect fit for someone looking to start a career in localization or administration work, with 1-3 years of work experience, and who wants to learn the ropes alongside a friendly and dedicated team. We are looking for some who lives in Hawaii to accommodate shorter deadlines for our clients and act as evening support to our Denver team. Effective communication, organization, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. You will have an eye for design and experience working in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Google Sheets. Sound knowledge of JIRA is desirable.

SALARY & BENEFITS

$55,000 – $60,000 annual salary plus benefits (quarterly bonuses after 12 months, health insurance, 401k, life, 18 days PTO etc)
