OVERVIEW

This Production Support Coordinator in the Philippines will focus on critical pre-production and post-production activities that ensure the efficient functioning of the creative production and QC model for our streaming services clients. This role is responsible for setting the team up for success by gathering all necessary information and files from the client, managing internal inventory and ticket creation within our management tools. This role will be a full-time position. It is important that this PSC is able to cover weekend work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & FOCAL POINTS

  • Receive and monitor incoming requests from our clients’ digital asset management systems.
  • Manage and organize Master Inventory, proactively addressing any issues that may affect the production process. 
  • Download title assets from clients’ systems onto the internal team’s servers, adhering to and managing the folder structure accordingly.
  • Run code (asset inventory code) – understanding the codes in case manual file prep is necessary.  
  • Check downloaded assets against reference files, follow-up with the clients directly to resolve missing assets before production begins.
  • Check import data for accuracy and completeness (links, downloaded assets, file naming, special instructions, PM assignments, country code, title type, delivery dates, etc.) and resolve any issues before importing into JIRA.
  • Respond to the client promptly and professionally, answering any comments or queries related to title requests and reassignments. Escalate any issues and seek guidance from PM Lead and Program Manager, where appropriate.
  • Identify any potential areas of concern, bottlenecks, capacity issues based on the nature of incoming requests and flag those to functional leads and Program Manager.
  • Assisting with reassignments – logging revisions in Jira and informing the team.
  • Communicates proficiently in English.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

YOU’LL HAVE… YOU ARE…
Experience in prioritizing and organizing detail-oriented tasks in a constantly changing environment. A self-confident, collaborative team player with an awareness, experience or interest in other languages and cultures.
Sound knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable. A problem-solver. Working with others to overcome bottlenecks in process and identify broadscale standards to support scalable delivery comes naturally to you.
Traffic coordination experience in a business-to-business agency environment, preferably in marketing or creative services. A problem-lover, thriving on working through root causes, a track record of critical thinking, and implementing solutions with an ability to balance creativity and pragmatism.
A desire to learn, be a team player and also able to work accurately, independently and autonomously with a strong customer service attitude. Excellent communicator, organized and able to sift through changing priorities, skilled in helping others to succeed by establishing best practices, providing technical support, and helping to refine processes.
